Optimization of the supply chain

Our advanced machinery, offset presses as well as prepress and finishing machines, enable large production volumes in short periods of time.

We have a recently expanded storage space to stock your orders of ice cream lids and deliver them to you at the desired moment. We will also arrange all agreements with external transporters for you. As a result, your supply chain will be optimized, you will receive everything at the agreed time and won’t need to keep expensive storage space available. In other words: total unburdening during the entire trajectory.

Sustainably produced packaging

At Verstraete Graphics we attach great value to sustainability. We therefore do everything to produce our cardboard packaging as food-safe, human and environment-friendly as possible: printing inks on the basis of vegetable oil, food-safe water-based lacquers, ‘Virgin Fibre’ flat cardboard as a raw material, with FSC certification or not, plastic-free ice cream lids without a PE layer, recuperation of grey water, ecological wash basins, led illumination, our own recycling of waste…

As to energy efficiency: we installed solar panels on the roof of our building. We also think along with you about keeping printing to a minimum, which in turn has less of an environmental impact.
